Final Auto Max Race Saturday at 4 p.m.
(KENT, Wash) – Championship points will be at stake in the final Auto Max USA Drag Race Series event of the season Saturday, August 25. Gates open at 4 p.m. with racing until 11 p.m.
In Super Pro, Mark Cavar has first place locked down with Al Chinn, John Ermish, Jason Beggerly and Tim Pettit locked in a battle for the next four positions. In Pro, Cougar driver Scott Lewsley has a slim lead over Greg Steen with Dustin Martin, Bill Windley, Martin Lambert, and Brian Gittings within striking distance. In Sportsman, Gene Furman has a 41 point lead over Bill Cadle with several drivers within two rounds. In Motorcycle, Joe Lind has a 43-point lead over Jacob Havens.
